This paper mainly discussed the security of dangerous containers can be improved at the seaport containers yard during the dangerous containers allocation the berth and seaport containers yard by concerning the personal risk and the social risk. The security of dangerous containers have been substantially higher than other sectors in the security perspective, especially for the dangerous goods.
