Design of Torque angle based photoelectric shaft power acquisition device and data processing method

Ship shaft power is one of the important performance parameters in the ship’s power system, and the real-time working condition of the ship can be effectively evaluated by monitoring the change of shaft power in real time. Therefore, the measurement of shaft power has a very important research value in the field of ships. Photoelectric shaft power has the advantages of simple structure and small size, and has a very wide range of applications in the field of ships. Based on the principle of phase difference measurement, this paper independently designs a set of photoelectric non-contact shaft power device, including the design of photoelectric code disc, photoelectric sensor and main control system. Through photoelectric detection method, the phase difference of two pulse signals is obtained, and then the Torque Angle is measured, and then the torque under the current state can be calculated according to the change of the Torque Angle. Due to the processing and installation errors of the photoelectric code disc, the data of the rotating shaft under measurement fluctuates greatly, which requires filtering. In this paper, the periodic errors caused by the processing and installation of the photoelectric code disc will be reduced by the sliding window algorithm method. Finally, the experimental platform was built and the comparison device was installed to compare and verify the measurement results of the photoelectric shaft power device.
