An Adaptive Control Method for Non-minimum Phase Hypersonic Vehicle

In this paper, we propose an adaptive control method for hypersonic vehicle with non-minimum phase characteristics caused by the coupling of aerodynamic force and thrust. Firstly, for the velocity subsystem, the unknown uncertain aerodynamic parameters are estimated by adopting adaptive control method. Secondly, for the non-minimum phase flight path angle subsystem, it is decomposed into linear part and nonlinear part based on the assumption that dynamic pressure and velocity are constant. For the linear part, a model reference adaptive controller is designed; For the nonlinear part, the minimum norm control is used to eliminate the nonlinear term brought by the nonlinear part in the Lyapunov stability analysis, and the controller is improved to solve the singularity of the controller. Finally, the system stability of the proposed method is analyzed by using Lyapunov theory, and the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive controller is verified by numerical simulation.
