High Frequency Integrated Microwave Circuit Board Designed for the X-band Signal Generation

A novel technique for the implementation of single board high frequency RF and Microwave subsystems for frequency generators is demonstrated through the X-band signal generation. This paper explains how high frequency RF and Microwave circuits viz. Amplifiers, Multipliers, Mixers, Modulators, Band pass filters and Low pass filters can be integrated on the single board and the board can be used for the the high frequency, miniaturized RF and Microwave subsystem after the successful design and development.
