An Evaluation Method of Scratch3.0 Works Based on JSON Documents

Programming education for young people is becoming increasingly important in the information age. Scratch, as an interesting visual graphical programming tool, is suitable for young people to learn programming. Scratch2.0 has been basically replaced by Scratch 3.0 since its appearance. However, the existing Scratch evaluation methods are basically based on Scratch2.0 and are no longer applicable to the new version. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the storage files of Scratch3.0, and propose a work evaluation method for Scratch3.0 based on tree editing distance applicable to JSON documents from the perspective of similarity between works to assist in teaching graphical programming. Experiments show that this method can use the storage files of Scratch works for more accurate JSON document similarity comparison, and evaluate Scratch works in terms of work similarity.
