DC Torque Motor Automatic Test Control System Based on LabWindows

DC torque motor mechanical performance testing is an important part of DC torque motor performance parameter consideration. Due to the low efficiency of manual testing at present, it cannot meet the requirements of batch testing motor functions, and only some factories apply modern IPC intelligent monitoring and testing system. However, such highly integrated equipment is not only expensive, but also has a high probability of system failure itself. Therefore, the LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument development platform is used to design an automatic DC torque motor testing system, combining various functional modules of the software, and communicating with multiple hardware devices at the same time to manipulate the motor under test for mechanical performance testing. The data collected by the sensors are processed and calculated, the data errors are processed by the software. Finally generate reports to complete the test and automate the performance testing process. The experiments show that the DC torque motor automatic test system is easy to operate, fast and practical.
