A Two-stage Boost Quasi-ZSI with High Gain

Since Z-source inverter(ZSI) was proposed, people have been studying it. For Z-source inverter, the main indexes concerned by people include current continuity, low stress of components, high gain and so on. In this paper, a two-stage boost quasi-ZSI with high gain is proposed, which combines the switched-capacitor-inductor with a three terminal boost network and adopts two-stage boost to obtain a very large boost factor. At the same time, the input current of the inverter is continuous. The topology is simulated by simple boost control, and the experimental results verify its feasibility.
