Study on Evacuation Strategy of Multi-Exit Room Considering Guide Path

For many existing leader-follower based evacuation models, the distribution positions of the guides are random, and the guides leave the exit after guiding once, resulting in low evacuation efficiency. This study proposes improvements to the leader-follower based evacuation model: Firstly, the cluster analysis is carried out on the followers, and the cluster center is calculated according to the number of leaders, so that the followers within the guiding scope will increase. Secondly, make the guide move back and forth between the cluster center and the exit, so a path planning scheme for the guide is given. The two improvement methods greatly increase the efficiency of leaders and realize the purpose of quick escape of people in the evacuation area.
