Intelligent Process Accuracy Evaluation and Analysis System for Hot Strip Rolling

Automated hot strip rolling is inextricably linked to stable equipment operation and the assurance of equipment accuracy. The iron and steel industry has practiced equipment management, spot inspections and maintenance, and remote operation and maintenance in a lot of detail, and realized the importance of equipment management. The status of equipment and its accuracy are subject to a number of factors that can change at any time. Detecting the hidden trouble of equipment failure in production and changing trends in accuracy is a difficult problem for industries. The purpose of this paper is to establish an intelligent system for evaluating and analyzing hot strip rolling equipment from a production technology perspective. Model building and specific function application of plate and strip equipment accuracy, and the construction process and practical application of the system were discussed.
