Composite Anti-Disturbance Control Method Based on Inverse Model for Gas Boiler System

The water temperature control problem of the gas boiler system in domestic hot water mode is investigated. Most of the existing gas boiler system control studies ignore the existence of actuator nonlinearity when modeling. Therefore, a feedback linearization control method based on inverse model is proposed, and the inverse model of nonlinear subsystem is established to linearize the gas boiler system. In addition, considering that the gas boiler system is affected by a variety of disturbances, a time-domain disturbance observer is introduced to ensure the disturbance rejection ability of the system, and a composite anti-disturbance controller based on the inverse model is developed. In order to simulate user habits and demonstrate the performance of the controller, two simulations are carried out in this paper. The feasibility and efficiency of the control method are demonstrated by simulation results.
