Linear State Estimation for the Multi-Rate NCSs with Memoryless Erasure Channels: The Unknown Case

This paper investigates the linear state estimation for the multi-rate sampling system with erasure channels. Due to the system communication bandwidth limitation, the unknown multichannel Markov packet losses and time delays occur during the signal transmission. By introducing a new set of Markov chains and employing the observation reorganization method, the networked control system with multi-channel Markov packet losses and delays is transformed into a delay free Markov jump system, and the linear state estimation is derived by the geometric analysis method.
