Research on Improved Aero-Engine Min-Max Controller Method Based on Multi-Loop Coordination Function

In order to improve the shortcomings of the existing Min-Max controller for aero engines, this paper proposes a multi-loop coordination function method based on the safety margin by considering the limit values in the design of other loop controllers to improve the performance of the limit protection in the transition state of aero engines. The basic idea is to introduce the multi-loop coordination function based on the safety margin without changing the structure of the Min-Max controller and use the coordination function to guide each controller to change the control signal to control the current operating state. Simulation results show that the method effectively reduces the possibility of transition state violation of the safety margin and improves the fan speed response speed of the aero-engine Min-Max controller.
