SCI Fusion Descriptor Fractional Order Kalman Filter

For the descriptor fractional order system of some canonical type, the singular value decomposition method is used to transform the singular system into two equivalent non-singular subsystems, and then the local single-sensor state filter is given. On this basis, the sequential covariance intersection (SCI) fusion fractional order Kalman filter is proposed. Compared with the existing track fusion descriptor fractional order Kalman filter, the proposed SCI fusion descriptor fractional order Kalman filter has higher accuracy. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms was verified by simulation.
