Analysis of Grinding Conditions of Cement Combined Grinding Based on Combined Weights of Entropy and AHP Method

This paper proposes a grinding condition analysis model of cement combined grinding based on the combination of entropy weight method and AHP method to solve the the problems of poor accuracy and low reliability in analysis of cement combined grinding. Firstly, according to the principle of cement combined grinding, the analysis system of cement combined grinding condition is established; Secondly, the objective weights of the factors are determined using the entropy method and then combined with the AHP method to generate subjective judgement decisions. Then the combination weight is established according to the combination weighting method. Finally, according to the combination weight, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantitatively judge the grinding state of cement combined powder. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in Cement combined grinding system of a cement plant in Shandong Province.
