Hybrid Flow Shop-Scheduling for Production of Prefabricated Component

Scheduling optimization of prefabricated components production workshop is a prerequisite for the orderly construction of prefabricated construction. Prefabricated components are produced under the hybrid flow shop production mode, which is conducive to improving the output rate of the components. Combining multiple constraints of the actual situation of prefabricated components under hybrid flow shop production, the established model is solved by a two-layer coding genetic algorithm. The empirical analysis based on the survey data shows that the applied model and method can be used for production scheduling of prefabricated components and give a reasonable scheduling scheme.
