A Class of Mixed Integer Programming Investment Decision Model of Overseas Minimum Oil&Gas Production Unit Based on the Risk-Benefit Framework

As the minimum overseas oil&gas production unit, the evaluation of the efficiency of a single well can guarantee overseas oil&gas operating benefit. Under the risk-benefit framework, the 0–1 integer programming optimization method is applied to maximize our benefit, stabilize the equity production of 100 million tons, optimize the strategic areas and avoid the risk of resource countries. Hence, take each new well as the decision-making variable whether it is implemented. The investment and production are considered. It is established an investment decision model of mixed integer programming about the minimum production unit of overseas oil&gas projects. This model can achieve the optimal selection of portfolio of single wells, which focus on the risk-benefit. It is proposed a satisfactory solution set to achieve the multi-objective 0–1 integer optimization and provide a decision-making basis for annual overseas oil&gas investment.
