Teaching Power Supply Technology with a LBL and PBL Interwoven Method under OBE Concept

Taking the Power Supply Technology course as an example, the design method of course teaching plan under the OBE concept was discussed, and a hybrid teaching method that integrates project-based learning, case simulation, and campus onsite practice with classroom lectures was proposed and practiced. Through classroom lectures assisted by case simulation and onsite practice in campus substations, students can master the basic knowledge and engineering technology of Power Supply Technology; By completing a project on designing a virtual user power distribution system, students can achieve the ability to apply their acquired knowledge to solve complex engineering problems and the engineering literacy in nontechnical factors such as self-learning, teamwork, and communication. Three years of teaching effectiveness indicate that adopting corresponding teaching modes for different teaching contents, as well as integrating case simulations, campus onsite practices, and design projects into classroom lectures, can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and achieve better comprehensive learning outcomes.
