Time-of-Use Transmission and Distribution Pricing Method Based on Monthly Load Rate

Transmission and distribution price is the key to electricity market reform. With the increasing uncertainty of both sources and loads, it is very important to establish a reasonable pricing model of transmission and distribution price under the development of new power system. The current market pricing mechanism in China has not considered the temporal characteristic of load. In this paper, the monthly load rate and time-of-use electricity price are introduced to build the pricing model of transmission and distribution system. The simulation results show that the months with high load rate will be charged with more capacity cost and time-of-use electricity cost ratio is expanded to 1.64:1:0.34 which is conducive to improving the power consumption according to different months and different time periods.
