Mathematical Models for Assessing the Reliability of Processes of Automated Control of the Main Gas Pipeline, Taking into Account the "Human Factor"

The problem of ensuring the reliability and high efficiency of processes of automated control of the main gas pipeline is considered. The necessity of orientation on the human-system approach in the construction of control systems of gas transportation processes is justified. The reasons for erroneous actions of human operator when controlling the processes of gas transportation are analyzed. Reliability and efficiency indicators, which should be taken into account when building systems of ergonomic support for human operators, have been determined. Mathematical models for analyzing the reliability of control of the main gas pipeline, based on the use of the apparatus of functional networks of Professor Anatoly Gubinsky, have been developed. Software for modeling the activities of operators-technologists in the control system of the main gas pipeline has been developed. Models and software are appropriate to be used for inclusion in decision support systems for the management of gas transportation processes.
