The active spread of digital technologies, in our new world, which is constantly evolving, leads to the evolution of business processes in many areas of the economy. Internet is strongly influencing on the most dynamic areas of activity, that are based on the exchange of information and territorial disunity of the buyer, seller and producer of goods or services, such as banking, tourism and international trade. Now it is difficult to imagine at least one sphere of human activity in which information systems and technologies are not used. They make it possible to apply a wide range of possibilities for processing and presenting information, and the field of tourism is no exception. The fact is that the tourism business is not only one of the most dynamic; it is also extremely saturated with various information. In our opinion, all achievements and achievements in this area of the economy directly depend on the speed of information exchange, its relevance, and timeliness of receipt, adequacy and completeness. The process of information exchange in the field of tourism is directly related to the main functions of a tourist enterprise: information for the purpose of forming a certain database, as well as for the further promotion of the created tourist product in the market environment; the tourist agency - receives information in the form of ready-made tourist products from the tour operator, and then transfers the tourist products to the next subject of market relations; the tourist - receives information, formed by the tour operator, transferred to the travel agent, consumes the tourist product, and then supplements the information flow with its feedback and suggestions.
