MIMO Antenna Array with Mutual Coupling Enhancement Using Cross-Shaped Meta-Surface Wall

In this paper, a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna array with a mutual coupling reduction is investigated using meta-surface (MS) walls. The meta-surface structure is placed normally to the horizontal plane between the array of 2*2 rectangular patches. The suggested array is tested using the CST studio program. The result metrics show the effect of utilizing the meta-surface wall. Utilizing the suggested MS walls reduces the mutual coupling.
