The dielectric property of biological tissues is essential to calculate specific absorption rate (SAR) for assessing excessive EM energy exposure to the human body. This paper presents the permittivity of the skin of micro-pig measured by a free-space material measurement system at the W-band (75–110 GHz) and shows its validity.
