Realistic Colon Phantoms for Microwave Colonoscopy Validation

Colon phantoms that replicate a real colon dielectric properties, shape, and texture are required to verify a microwave colonoscopy system. The realism and accuracy of the phantom are quantified in this study using a method based on the antenna bandwidth variation.
