Fault Prediction of Power Electronic Circuit Based on Support Vector Machine Algorithm

The growth of society and the progress of science and technology have promoted the rapid growth of electronic design and manufacturing technology. Analog circuit faults account for the majority of electronic equipment faults. These methods require many test nodes and require a large amount of calculation, so they are difficult to be applied in practice. The growth of society and the progress of science and technology have promoted the rapid growth of electronic design and manufacturing technology, while the relative lag of fault detection and diagnosis technology has made the existing maintenance and detection capability far behind the demand of complex electronic equipment. This paper describes the fault diagnosis method of analog circuit based on SVM, which can realize the fault diagnosis with high accuracy under the condition that it is difficult to obtain training samples, and has strong universality and practicability. Therefore, this method can accurately diagnose the power electronic circuit and locate the fault elements, with high diagnostic accuracy. This method has a good practical value and application prospect in solving the problem of power electronic circuit fault diagnosis.
