Design of CRM Hotel Management System Based on Machine Learning Algorithm

With the development of the market economy and the development of science and technology, enterprises have changed from a "product-oriented" management mode to a customer-oriented service mode. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is an important part of customer-oriented service model. In the increasingly fierce business competition, the personalized needs of customers are increasingly prominent. With the continuous deepening of reform and economic transformation, the market for the hotel industry will become larger and larger. However, the wide variety of hotels and the differentiated customer base make it difficult for the hotel industry to adapt to the individual requirements of tourists and deteriorating living conditions. Therefore, on the one hand, hotels should increase network marketing efforts to reduce operating costs; on the other hand, hotels urgently need a CRM system that suits them, which can not only improve the hotel's customer value, but also improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction, so as to improve the competitiveness of the hotel. Therefore, this paper proposes the design of CRM hotel management system based on machine learning algorithm. Most of the customer scores are in the 3 points, and there are still many customers who maintain a good attitude towards the CRM hotel management system, giving 5 points.
