Simulation of Financial Risk Prediction Model Based on Apriori Optimization Algorithm

The financing difficulty of SMEs has a long history. Most SMEs are in the start-up and growth stages, and are often in a weak position in the supply chain. However, the core enterprises with strong competitiveness and large scale are relatively strong against SMEs in the upstream and downstream of their supply chain, which is mainly reflected in the core enterprises' superior bargaining power and cash holdings. At present, all kinds of risk analysis models in the financial market are mainly considered from the perspective of economics and random uncertainty. However, there are many fuzzy concepts without clear extension in the financial system, and the traditional mathematical methods cannot describe the fuzzy uncertainty phenomenon. Therefore, financial risk prevention has become one of the core tasks in the management of industrial and commercial enterprises and financial institutions. Scientific investment portfolio optimization decision-making is of great practical significance for effectively controlling financial risks and optimizing resource allocation. Based on this background, this paper applies association rule algorithm in data mining to predict financial risks, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to contribute to China's financial risks and related research, and promote the globalization development of Chinese enterprises.
