Measures to Shorten the Average Emergency Repair Time of 10 kV Line Grounding Fault

State Grid Fushun Power Supply Company 10 kV line grounding fault frequently, because fault repair time is long, so it brings inconvenience to the majority of power customers, but also increases the grassroots service pressure. In actual production activities, due to the long emergency repair time of main line and branch line faults, failure to obtain power failure information and specific location in the first time, resulting in low efficiency of emergency repair. High voltage grounding fault emergency repair time is too long, the customer's power failure time is difficult to fundamentally reduce. In this paper, by analyzing the factors that cause the long time of earth fault emergency repair, the key problems affecting the long time of earth fault emergency repair are found out. The lack of fault discrimination device and the long time of active perception of operation and maintenance personnel in the emergency repair of branch line fault are made. It can realize the quick identification and active emergency repair service of earth fault, greatly reduce the time of emergency repair of earth fault, and improve the efficiency of emergency repair.
