A Novel Out-of-Phase Unequal Filtering Power Divider With Good Isolation and Out-of-Band Suppression

In this letter, a novel out-of-phase unequal filtering power divider (UFPD) with good isolation and out-of-band suppression is proposed. By selecting two λ/2 open stubs, the proposed UFPD realizes two transmission zeros (TZs) to improve the out-of-band suppression. Furthermore, benefiting from the existence of the coupled lines and isolating resistor, good isolation level is realized in all-frequency range. Finally, an example circuit is designed and fabricated for verification, and the simulated and measured results exhibit a close match.
