Enabling Data Circulation Based on Computing Force Network*

Recently, computing force network (CFN) has become a hot topic. Researchers focus on how to coordinate the computing and network resources efficiently. However, another key element – data has not been taken into consideration. Thus CFN schedules data in different places randomly or based on a certain scheme, which may reduce efficiency and waste resources. In order to deal with the above problems, in this paper, a data circulation mechanism in computing force network is studied to achieve safe and trusted data usage across different industries and enterprises. We propose the architecture of data circulation CFN (dcCFN), in which a key component named data controller is designed for data control and scheduling. The key technologies of data circulation process control, privacy computing and data service provision are illustrated in detail. The dcCFN with all of these features would splendidly support lots of valuable application and use cases. It lays foundation for enhancing data sharing and stimulating the business value of data in the future.
