Message from the Workshop General Chair

Welcome to the ICCCN 2023 Workshops! As an integral part of the main conference, the ICCCN workshop program provides international forums for scientists and engineers from both academia and industry to exchange and share their experiences, research results, and new ideas on hot and emerging topics on computer communications and networks.
