Equipment Utilization and Maintenance Task Assignment

In response to the characteristics of motor-hour consumption of equipment in joint operations, two optimization problems, equipment utilization support and maintenance management, are studied. They belong to typical combinatorial optimization NP-class problems. Regarding the equipment utilization model, the system simulation method is used to model and analyze the utilization problem. Based on the lifecycle of equipment, concepts of daily training, exercise, utilization, and maintenance models are further proposed. Regarding the equipment maintenance task assignment model, a contract net-based equipment maintenance assignment method is designed and case simulations are conducted. The results show that the contract network algorithm can achieve good performance in the equipment maintenance task assignment model.
