Research of Electronic Platforms for Psychological Services

The article is devoted to the specifics of providing psychological services in a distant format. At present the similar form of work becomes more popular in comparison with traditional consulting: convenience in reception of the help, economy of time and a material, as interaction occurs at home and there is no necessity to get to a consultant's workplace and possibility of interaction with the expert who is on long distance from the client. Distance interaction can be comfortable for those people who have difficulties in the process of direct communication. Though, there are some disadvantages of teleconsultation: an increase in the probability of receiving poor-quality aid, difficulties in establishing contact due to distance, violations of ethical principles of the work of a psychologist. The members of psychological community use different kinds of information and communication services, technologies and applications to provide the psychological aid and support to the clients.
