Research and Development of Semiconductor Regulators Automatic Control Software-Hardware Complex (SHC) to Voltage Regulation and Improve Reliability and Power Quality for Distribution Networks 10/0.4 kV

The analysis of circuit solutions for the construction of semiconductor converters for voltage regulation devices and normalization of the quality of electrical energy in distribution electrical networks of 10/0,4 kV is carried out. The described voltage regulation devices have a similar control principle based on the formation of various combinations of connecting the regulating branches of transformers by controlling the state of the semiconductor switches connected to them. Algorithms implemented on the basis of a software and hardware complex for controlling voltage regulation devices in electric networks with sharply variable loads (mining and oil-producing enterprises, steel industry, railway transport, etc.) are proposed. The proposed algorithms provide for all possible modes of operation of voltage regulation devices in electrical networks, the possibility of both controlling signals from the automated process control system and in automatic mode by calculating the required control action on the network using digital twins of the network and device. The analysis of the implemented algorithms for reliable switching of semiconductor keys (algorithms of the lower control level) is carried out, a generalization of the algorithms considered is presented. The hardware implementation of hardware-software complex automated control of semiconductor switches for voltage regulation in the form of a crate control system and a GSM/Ethernet communication controller built on a domestic microprocessor component base is presented.
