Information Resilience: Operationalisation of the Concept and Results of Pilot Empirical Researches

The article includes the definition of information needs, the characteristics of the information life cycle in the context of product life cycle management (stages of design and production, existence, and output of an information product) are presented. Authors single out the following stages of the information life cycle: concept and design, development, production and market launch, service and support, withdrawal from the market. The author's description of the content of information resilience is given. Informational resilience is considered as an aspect of the personal resilience in the information impact. Authors presented some data of empirical studies aimed at personal resilience of students with different attitude to distance learning and correlation between dependence on a social network and an anxiety of students. Thus, information resilience is a stability of information in the context of its constant updating and increase in the information flow per person and as personal resilience in an intensive information environment in accordance with his information need.
