Methods of Electrocardiosignal Analysis for Diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction

This study considers the possibility of increasing the sensitivity of diagnosing the most common cardiovascular disease - myocardial infarction based on the use of a combined method for analyzing an electrocardiosignal. A classification of methods for analyzing the electrocardiosignal according to dichotomous principle of division by classification specifics is proposed. Classification features are selected in such a way as to show the variety of methods for analyzing the electrocardiosignal, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, to demonstrate the possibilities of the electrocardiosignal analysis method for diagnosing myocardial infarction. The combined method contains differential and integral methods for analyzing the electrocardiosignal. In this case, the processing of different information parameters of the same input data is carried out - the values of discrete countdowns of the selected cardiocycle of the electrocardiosignal. For this, each of methods of analyzing the electrocardiosignal converts values of discrete countdowns of the selected cardiocycle of the electrocardiosignal into codes of values of the presentation area of the information parameter of this method. The study shows that using of a complex method for analyzing the electrocardiogram increases the sensitivity of myocardial infarction diagnosis.
