C-Suite Dysfunction

C-Suites, like all groups of people, suffer from dysfunctions. Some of them include stagnating trust, conflicts among the new guard versus the old, cultural toxicity and a lack of transparency. There are solutions to some of these dysfunctions but some are forever beyond anyone’s control. C-Suites that want to perform as well as they might should focus on what’s solvable and ignore what’s not. Above all else, C-Suiters should be aware of the challenges they face such as the natural competition that exists among ambitious senior executives and, of course, the money that glues them together or tears them apart.
