Analysis of the Employment Intention of Students Under the Epidemic Situation

This paper takes the employment intention of college students in Zhengzhou Normal University as an example, from which 304 students are randomly selected as samples. The questionnaire mainly involves college students' personal basic information, career planning, employment area selection, employment income expectation, etc., and analyzes the influence of different factors on the employment intention of college students. Statistical methods such as linear regression are used to analyze and judge the factors affecting the employment direction of college students. Through the investigation and analysis of the employment intention of college students, the misunderstanding of college students in employment choice and employment area is understood, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
