Application of the Updated Project Approach for Institutionally Oriented Diversification of Construction Enterprises

The article is devoted to solving the problems of diversification of construction enterprises. As a way to successfully solve this problem, the authors single out the participation of the construction company in thermal modernization projects of residential and social-civilian buildings. The methodical approach and the economic-mathematical apparatus presented in the article provide a multi-criteria assessment of economic benefits, opportunities for diversification and growth for the construction enterprise, which are expected due to the enterprise's participation in the projects of thermal modernization of buildings.
