An Optimization Method for Compact Range Reflectors with Arbitrary Rolled Edges

A method to optimize rolled edges for compact range reflectors is presented. The reflectors may be center-fed or offset-fed. For arbitrary shaped reflectors with arbitrary rolled edges, the proposed method can obtain an excellent performance without changing the projection of the reflector. A procedure to optimize reflectors with rolled edges is also presented. An example is treated in order to prove the effectiveness of this method.
