Electromagnetic and Seismic Exploration on Global and Local Earthquake in the World

In this paper, the global and local earthquakes GLEQ are studied by using the global and local seismic, electromagnetic, acoustic, fluid, thermal, microwave coupling forward and inverse calculation method and the related measurement data. Earthquakes have become the overall distribution and global massive disasters trend of the whole earth. Earth's 5 billion years of history, many of the rise of human civilization are destroyed in the earthquake. Therefore we call for, First the establishment of an administrative science organization for earthquakes all over the world, i.e., International Earthquake Sciences Center, including the World earthquake Science Police. We have to study not only earthquakes on Earth, but also lunarthquakes on the moon, marsthquakes on Mars, Saturnthquakes on Saturn, and so on.
