Analysis of The Factors Influencing Electronic Wallet User Satisfaction Based on The Self-Awareness

Electronic wallets (e-Wallets) have become increasingly popular, particularly since the Covid-19 pandemic. The public has overwhelmingly endorsed the use of e-Wallets, particularly in Indonesia. However, it reports in 2022 that there was a data security phenomenon. Several previous research studies report on data security, particularly for fintech users. Still, no research discusses the influence of enjoyment, trust, and financial risk factors on awareness (Privacy and Risk) that leads to customer satisfaction. This study carries out quantitatively using the SEM-PLS technique. The study included 207 participants, and it discovered that three relationships had an impact (enjoyment to user satisfaction, financial risk to data privacy awareness, and risk). Eight of the relationships had no effect. The study’s findings will be extremely useful to industry in the future development of e-wallets.
