Evaluation of effects of CVR implementation on a real distribution feeder in Iran *

In order to lower total energy consumption, the conservation voltage reduction (CVR) approach is used to reduce the voltage amplitude of voltage-dependent loads in a distribution network. The efficiency of CVR in lowering energy consumption depends on the network's instantaneous load composition, which is influenced by different customer types. This study examines the advantages of taking into account the rural customer category placed in Koshksaray, East Azerbaijan province, Iran. And the time-varying load model that corresponds to it is investigated in order to get an accurate estimate. The Final results are time-varying coefficients of active and reactive loads as well as time-dependent CVR factors.
