Design and Verification of a Force Generating Device Based on Intellectualization

In this paper, General standard of electronic weighing instrument professional force measuring equipment is standard weight, inconvenient transportation, poor safety. This paper introduces a force generation device based on the fusion of load cell comparison method and intelligent technology. The mass value of the load cell of the standard load cell and the measured electronic scale is compared to determine the accuracy of the measured scale and realize the intelligent detection of the calibrated scale. After repeatability and stability verification, the device can meet the automatic detection of weighing instruments with a measurement range of 0 ~ 160kg, and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and easy to carry. It realizes the intelligent detection of weighing instruments and the innovation of force measuring device technology, and has broad market prospects. Finally, it puts forward the prospect of the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of electronic weighing instruments in the future under the background of 5G technology, artificial intelligence and independent chip development.
