Comparative Study of CS114 Test as per MIL-STD 461D to G Requirements, and Experimental Result Comparison for Different Test Conditions

MIL-STD 461 undergone several changes based on newer development in electronics of military products to keep pace with developments of defense industry. The changes in Military Standard, MIL-STD 461, have made it compatible with changes in the defence industry which follows the guidelines of US Department of Defence. Many changes kept the pace with the demand of the user, its importance and applicability. This paper emphases on CS114 test purpose, the changes introduced based on requirement and procedures with their analysis, starting from MIL-STD 461 D and reaching up to MIL-STD 461G which is latest update and revised version of MIL-STD 461 in its series of development, and the experimental CS114 test data comparison for different leads/cable configuration.
