Analysis of Simultaneous Wireless Power and High-Speed Data Transfer System Based on ASK Modulation

This paper proposed a simultaneous wireless power and high-speed data transfer system based on amplitude shift keying(ASK) modulation. Firstly, double D quadrant (DDQ) coils are used to transfer power and data synchronously, which decoupled the power channel from the data channel. Then, considering the parasitic capacitance of the data coil, the characteristics of power transfer and data transfer are analyzed. Finally, a 1kW prototype is built, and the data transfer rate is up to 1 Mbps, which proved the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
