Tiny IM323 intelligent power module (IPM) to achieve an excellent solution for home appliances with 3-phase AC motor drives such as residential air conditioners, washing machines, fans, and pumps. The Tiny IM323 IPM product series integrates six reverse conducting for drives (RC-D2) IGBTs with a 6-channel, silicon-on-insulator (SOI) gate drive IC in a full pack type dual in-line package with transfer molding.
