A 5MHz LC-LC Resonant Wireless Power Transfer System

This paper proposes a wireless power transfer system with an LC-LC resonant power transmitter and a series resonant power receiver whose resonant frequency is close to 5MHz. Different from the inductive wireless power transfer system discussed in current topologies, it has a wide range of power supplies, long transfer distance, and one-to-many power supply, which improves the defects of inductive power transfer systems. In the experimental result, the power transmitter can provide a stable coil current, which will not change too much due to the placement of metal objects on the coil, the load change in the power receiver, and the rapid movement of the power receiver position. Therefore, the power receiver can obtain a stable power supply that provides a constant charging current and rectified voltage.
