Microlens Fluorescence Imaging System and Registration Algorithm for Rapid Cell Detection

Fluorescence imaging is a widely used photoluminescence phenomenon in production life, currently to obtain the internal information of biological cells can only rely on the existing fluorescence imaging systems, of which the mainstream fluorescence microscope due to the use of a large number of lens sets resulting in large size, high cost, can not be used in areas with limited experimental conditions; and lens-free fluorescence imaging systems are still in the laboratory exploration stage. Therefore, it is important to study a miniaturized device oriented to cell fluorescence detection. In this paper, a two-dimensional mobile platform based on microcontroller control and a microlens fluorescence imaging optical path model are proposed, and a miniaturized device capable of acquiring high-resolution panoramic cell fluorescence images is built.
