Time domain modeling and simulation of Direct Current Solid-State Transformer

Direct Current Solid-State Transformer (DCSST) as the core device of solid-state transformers(SST), can realize the function of voltage conversion and energy transfer, has many advantages. Therefore, this paper carried out the fine modeling work of DCSST, established the MOSFET high-precision physical level switch model and DCSST circuit model through the discrete time domain modeling method, and carried out the Norton equivalent of a single MOSFET, thereby reducing the simulation order and improving the simulation efficiency.
