Design and Motion Performance Study of Wood Hanger Imitation Processing Device

In response to the shortcomings of the existing wooden hanger imitation processing industry, such as outdated equipment, single structure, low degree of automation, and low production efficiency, a wooden hanger imitation processing device composed of a cam and a crank-slider is designed. The contour line of the cam was fitted alternately using the graphic method and the analytic method. A three-dimensional model was created using Siemens NX, and the combined transmission execution mechanism was analyzed for motion simulation using ADAMS software. The analysis results show that the combined transmission execution mechanism can effectively improve the efficiency of wooden hanger processing and increase the degree of automation in wooden hanger processing.
